Oddly enough, we might yet see the veto of an approps bill, but for the worse possible reason. If that happens, I suspect the GOP leadership in Congress will simply roll over and re-pass the bill but leave the embargo intact. And then we're back to square one (or, in this case, even worse off, since spending still goes up).
