		<description>And don't forget that the White House in the last few days also threatened to veto any bill that makes the infinitely sensible move of  lifting of the embargo on travel to Cuba - even if that bill just happens to be an appropriations bill.  Oddly enough, we might yet see the veto of an approps bill, but for the worse possible reason.  If that happens, I suspect the GOP leadership in Congress will simply roll over and re-pass the bill but leave the embargo intact.  And then we're back to square one (or, in this case, even worse off, since spending still goes up).</description>
