They had barely audible PAs and they decided to board two planes at once. So that when agent said they were boarding group 3 everybody from the other plane, which was only boarding group 1, would rush up. And since people had to walk out to the planes, some went to the wrong plane. Fun times. Megaphones would have been an improvement.
